( Summary )
This unique and fast paced project allowed us an opportunity to create the new platform launched by Santander USA, called Drive. Drive is a platform that allows users to pre-qualify for auto financing and browse cars within their budget. This platform called for a number of unique modules and interactions such as budget calculators and pre-qualification flows which were stimulating challenges to tackle. We designed the experience with usability and an empathetic, approachable tone, creating a system that presents information clearly for all users. Tooltips, educational moments, real-time interactions, icons, and intentional color use enhance discoverability and create a calming, visually positive experience.

Hypothesis:
I believe that by designing a user-centered, visually intuitive platform, we can simplify the complex process of auto financing. Through clear interactions, such as budget calculators and pre-qualification flows, we can reduce cognitive load, making it easier for users to navigate their options with confidence and clarity, ultimately leading to a more empowering and frictionless experience.
